More than ever...the number one question we get right now is "what is happening to the market"? There is no easy answer as none of us has worked through a pandemic before with crazy household spending, a mass shift to smaller centers from larger cities, government over spending at mind boggling rates.
The Interior Realtors Association has done a fantastic job of presenting the scenario which points to another strong year. While interest rates are rising slightly, they are still extremely low. Supply of homes for sale is also extremely low and while buyers remain plentiful. The chaotic buying frenzie of this past year has slowed as we head into winter. The true indication of the next year will show itself early next year when activity traditionally ramps up again.
