Creating our new boutique real estate office from the ground up has been one of my funnest challenges (and a lot of work!) By keeping our clients needs at the forefront, I continue to work with our office members to engage the best technologies and systems to create a WOW experience for our buyers and sellers. I bring nearly 20 years of experience to the table. It's like a smorgusboard of industry knowledge that my clients have learned to rely on.

Downsizing is not easy, nor was finding the home that met our criteria. Carla helped us explore different options and assisted us through this process. She listened to our needs and worked to help us meet them, rather than encouraging us to compromise in order to speed up the process. When we finally did find the right home, it was priced much higher than market value and it took nearly 2 months of offers, negotiating, walking away, and coming back to the table to finally achieve an outcome that everyone was happy with. She truly represented our best interest, and we love our new home.

We were fortunate in having Carla help us with the sale of our old property three years ago and the purchase of our new home 6 months ago. Our old property was a difficult sell because it had a unique combination of features such as : a large swimming pool, an executive sized home , a very large shop, and it was situated on 25 acres. Our new property was difficult to find because we were looking for some very specific features (ie) a geothermal heating system, a small , private acreage , a view, and a fairly new, modern building. Carla showed us a substantial variety of properties that were close to what we were looking for but not quite right , and called us the day a new listing came on the market that "was "just right . She helped negotiate a very fair purchase agreement.

Whether it has been the sale or purchase of real estate Carla has always been very professional and acted always in our best interest well above and beyond what we considered " standard realtor service". A few brief examples are : she arranged to have a well driller meet with us on a property to explain the procedure for getting water; she researched riparian regulations we would be required to abide by if we purchased a property adjacent to a river ; she introduced us to an excellent qualified contractor who could help us with the design and construction of a new home ; she acquired and delivered a water sample from a property we were looking at and personally delivered it to Interior Health for testing, she provided maps of property boundaries when they were requested ; she obtained legal advice when she wasn't absolutely certain about an issue on a property ; by reviewing what we liked and didn't like about property listed she was able to more accurately determine what our needs were ; and when we finally purchased our property she visited us to assure that everything was going well and was even available to help us with questions we had after the sale.
