Norm opened Coldwell Banker Four Seasons Real Estate in Vernon BC as Franchise Owner/ Real Estate Agent. As the Real Estate industry rapidly evolves, Norm was looking for a new franchise opportunity where he could get ahead of the changes to the real estate profession and deliver a leading edge approach for buyers and sellers. After a lengthy discussion with Coldwell Banker Canada, he found what he was looking for; an innovative franchisor who truly cares about their clients.

Norm has 26 years of service in the Okanagan real estate market with a wide scope of expertise in both the residential and commercial fields. Large development companies have trusted Norms instincts for developing lots, building new homes and town-home developments, and commercial ventures. All of which have been successful projects with everlasting positive real estate values.

Norm takes the same approach when making recommendations on his clients most cherished family home and has installed the same values and thoughtfulness to his family business partners Steffie, Rob and Carla.

A Vernon and area community supporter, Norm has actively participated in various charities having served as a Kalamalka Rotary President, Dancing in Hospice House’s Dancing with the Stars, and has a deep commit ment to the Vernon Jubilee Hospital Cancer Clinic.

Aside from community work, you will find Norm aspiring to being a better golfer at either the Vernon Golf and Country Club or Predator Ridge Golf Resort. In the winter time, he is an avid skier searching for powder snow at Silver Star Mountain.
